It has a clearly different shape than a standard ladder, which gives it a few advantages. The symmetrical geo shapes encourage children to intuitively alternate between their left and right feet, making it very easy for novice climbers. They also give it a more exciting appearance than that of a standard ladder which kids are used to seeing.
