Description
The Maximum Series Rectangle Manhole Climber is a metal climbing structure which replaces the straight rungs of a traditional vertical ladder with rectangular shapes. Although this seems like a fairly small change, it actually has a number of advantages. In addition to making the structure more visually unique, it also makes the ladder easier to climb, especially for kids with larger feet. Since they can step on either side of the rectangle as they climb, they do not have to watch their feet as they climb, and worry about stepping on the middle of the rung. It also places them farther behind the vertical rails, which makes them easier to hold onto while climbing. Each of these rectangular steps has rounded corners, which helps to make it even safer.
